Submit a privacy request
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you previously provided, or withdraw marketing consent. To protect your information, we may ask you to verify that you control the email address connected with the request.
What to include
- Your name and the email address used with us.
- The type of request: access, correction, deletion or marketing withdrawal.
- Enough detail for us to locate the relevant information.
Do not send Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment card details or other sensitive information in your initial email.
Limitations
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, maintain required business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or comply with law. We will explain when a request cannot be completed in full.
