NYC Bloom & Air Events LLC (“NYC Bloom & Air Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides event design, décor and installation services in New York. This policy explains how we handle personal information received through this website and related communications.

  • Company, event, venue, date, budget range, design preferences and other information you include in an inquiry.
  • Your email address, consent record and subscription status when you join our marketing list.
  • Basic technical information produced when the site is accessed, such as request logs, device or browser information and security events maintained by our hosting provider.

We do not request payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or government identification through this website.

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and provide requested services.

Corporate inquiry forms are transmitted to our studio email through FormSubmit. We do not sell personal information or provide subscriber lists to third parties for their independent marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, our business records, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Newsletter information is retained while your subscription is active and, after you unsubscribe, as needed to maintain a suppression record. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain; however, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Children

This website is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

External services and links

The website may link to Instagram, WhatsApp and other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Our pages also load web fonts from Google; your browser may connect to Google’s servers to retrieve those files.
